Great cappuccino and the ham and cheese croissant was delicious! Cute warm decor. Lots of tea options and they also have a small wine selection. Large amount of outlets. The staff was really friendly.

Abigail made us perfect lattes for our first visit. Not only that, but the place was full of professionals and creatives plugging away at their projects. The decor was awesome too. Can't wait to become a regular!

Love this place. Great vibe. Classic decor- no cookie cutter subway tile, loud paint and crazy graphics. Surprisingly broad menu of beverages (teas, coffees, bottles and wine) plus fresh sweet and savory items.

I’ve been to Kochi multiple times since moving here. They have a great environment for work meetings and small events. Staff is always friendly and they serve a great selection of wine. Definitely worth a visit, or quitting Starbucks to become a regular here.

Truly one of my favorite coffee shops in a city full of great coffee. I love the atmosphere here. It feels like a posh train car or something. The employees are all amazing, too. But best of all, it has truly excellent coffee.

Delightful cafe with crafted pastries. The bacon cheddar quiche is a nice balance of savory ingredients and sweet golden crust. The steak empanada is moist inside with complex flavors and a flakey light crust. Very good bites for 6 each.

Very good coffee and a large selection of interesting teas including some loose leaf teas on their tea wall such as the peach ginger loose leaf black tea. Some pastries, empanadas and quiches. The bacon cheddar quiche is outstanding. Service is excellent. The space is comfortable and pleasant, but can be full at peak times. They do have Wi-Fi (password posted near where you order) and some people sit and use laptops or iPad so turnover of tables is not necessarily fast. However, they do encourage table sharing so you can usually find a spot. Parking can be problematic at peak times. I ended up about 2.5 blocks away but was glad that I stopped in.

The ham and cheese quiche is a must, the crust is pure perfection. Got a 5 pour and it wasn’t the best but it’s nice they do have bubbles on the menu if you want some. Great chill vibe in here and the service is always good. Clean bathroom and a ton of outlets. Comfortable seating as well.
